Re: A few question before I begin...

Does this routine work your entire body? Yes. All three exercises work the entire body. Push-Ups and Pull-Ups, specifically, do require a lot of stabilization "core" work. If you want to get strong, lifting heavy weights would be a good idea. If you want to pose in a bikini, do bodybuilding.

I started at Level 1, and progressed to Level 7 before switching to a different program (but vbm is still much tougher than me... :) ).

It's damn cool that you're staying with it, and not simply giving up. I think that in the end, this is much more important than numbers, weights or times. What you're saying about your recent progress makes me jealous; there are no CF affiliates where I live. :) Keep on going! For the new year, I've...

As long as you have arms and legs, you can progress to pushups, imo.

As demonstrated here.

Don't be discouraged because things are hard now, push-ups will become easier.

It's been a few days since I started this thread...

Since I'm not really doing simplefit right now (more like weight training + crossfit), I'll move my workout log here. I'll still be reading, and occasionally posting here, though. Feel free to drop by my blog!

Thanks again for providing these workouts, the advice and the feedback!
