subbing pull ups with body rows. 3/1
alternating grip with each body row. overhand underhand and neutral.

You're on course! Nothing was more inspiring to me then the L1 to L6 progress my body made. Keep it going. yeah its great knowing i can do 10 pushups and two full chins when only a month or so ago i could not complete a chin up and would struggle and i do mean STRUGGLE just to do 5 push up in a row...

finnally feeling it in my legs. i really struggled through the last two sets of pushups. after the third pu set i couldnt do a real pu had to sub from then on :cry:

i think ill do level to for two weeks then drop back to level one for one week then repeat level two. then re-evaluate myself before moving up to level 3.
