Which level to start?

Looking for a suggestion here. I am almost 55 (march 9) and can do 13 pullups straight before resting for a few seconds. I have done this before and got to level 8, but have been a couch potato for a few months. I did level 3 last week and did D1 60 rounds....D2? Ihave to look can't remember, but D3...

If I may suggest: Stand on a chair and use a leg to help with your pull up. Use that leg ONLY as much as you need.

Did L8D1 20 rounds after 50 min's of bike intervals. Now I am feeling old. However, I do feel like I can make it through level 8 before I turn 54.

Yeah, buddy on to level 8. I looked at the advanced part and I swear it will be easier. I can already 1 arm push ups( I do 10 every 3 miles when I run) and Handstand pushups I can do 3 or 4, but 1 legged squats will kill me I am afraid.

Been a while but I finally did L7D3 in 5:00:99. I assume that since it didn't go a whole second over 5 minutes I still did it, Right?

Well Jenny it might be that I spent most of my life in Texas. Since you are a Texan I have no doubt you will get there....:).

I surely will. Last week it took me 5:42 to do L7D3...missed it by " " that much..LOL. I hope to get through L8 before my 54th birthday (March).
