So I figure I should drop back to Level 2 first, get that down to 5 minutes than start working back up the level ladder. Once you get the workout down to 5 mins, do you do anything else after? I mean, after the 5 min simplefit workout would u recommend further exercise right after, or is that 5 min ...

I know the site says to move up when you are completing level 3 in under 5 minutes, and to move down if a level takes more than 30 min - but there is a awful lot of time b/w 5 and 30 min! Thanks for the quick replies.. I did crunches in place of squats. On Level 4 Day 1, I did 10 crunches instead of 6 squats - is that fine, or should I do about 2x the number of squats? Squat sub?

I've been doing simplefit only for about 3-4 months now, seen noticable gains, reached Level 4 now.

The reason for this post is that I've hurt my knee, can't even do air squats!
What is a good squat sub, which doesn't use the knees?
