If you can do the desk thing then you can forget the door and towel thing I mentioned a couple of days ago as you have progressed past that point! The desk is very a good way to build on reps and strength.

Sounds like a realistic and excellent plan! You may even be able to achieve some of those goals ahead of schedule. Go for it and keep the log going even if you falter occasionally. I have found that logging every day, even when I don't exercise (YARD - yet another rest day), keeps my motivation going.

Yes, If you can do 13 pull ups followed by 26 push ups followed by 26 squats in less than 5 minutes then you are ready to move up.

I find push up or squat or mixed tabatas to be helpful.They take only 4 minutes, are easy to count (just need a second hand clock) and easy to see progress.

On day one you're working on endurance, so you workout for 20 minutes. Try to do as many rounds as you can of 1 pull followed by 2 push ups and then 3 squats.
