Couldn't really exercise in the last weeks because of hay fever. It's pretty intense this year because it didn't rain for weeks, and it's very warm so everything grows and spreads it pollen.

Been running again, 5.4km/380m altitude(190 up, 190 down) in 40 minutes

Thanks for the tip on one-handed push-ups. I think I might use a scale instead of a block though, so I have a way to measure progress with this technique.

Aren't pyramids and ladders the same? Or do pyramids always consist of multiple different exercises? Last week was mainly active recovery (long walks and some running). I decided to focus primarily on good form and cardio in the next two months. That means I will go very easy on the simplefit-workou...

Then it goes back down to one pu...

So when day 2 says for time it means for time minus the 3 minutes between rounds?

Spam Blocker

Might I suggest something like this or some other spam blocker for phpbb.

There's not much spam yet, but it's annoying anyway and will probably increase.
