Nice work! With regard to "I'm going to get me something sturdy to stand on soon to practice negative pull-ups." You can always try jumping to the full pull-up position so you don't have to pull your weight up, and then slowly lower yourself. Just don't do too many negatives as it can be really hard...

Week 37 L3D1 27 (17 no subs, the rest 3-1 body rows; I actually got to 27 & 3/4 but the buzzer sounded on squat 3 of five... soo close...) I should have started subbing maybe at 15 as the last two form was out the window. I figure I've go to get these numbers in the mid thirties to make a sub 5 min...

Otherwise use different substitutions throughout your workout when you can't...

Well I really didn't feel like a work out at all today. But, I figured I'm at work with down time so it would be stupid to give up the chance to get "paid" while working out so I hopped on the elliptical for a 25 min warm-up then did the workout. Glad I did as I hit a PR. That said my shoulder feels...

I think I'd likely die should I try any of these! Nice work!! I've been checking the BrandX workouts to see about getting one in here and there to start moving towards Crossfit. Still short on gear and perhaps fitness. So far I've added kettle-bell swings to some of my workouts  Small steps I ...

Just remember that the main thing here is to take the rest time you need, get healthy and follow the advice of the physio guys. It sucks, but you're better off getting healed and pacing yourself than risking a serious injury that could put you out for months. Stay positive and remember that fitness ...
