yes but only using pull up & push up subs
because im trying to build up my strength to get to real push ups and pulls up :) and then ill go back to level 1 and start again but with real ones

I have not been posting my logs recently because I have been too busy and haven't found time in the day to exericise SORRY

but today i completed L8D1 in 22.48 minutues
sub pull ups & press ups

but did a real one at the start of each round

PR - 4 minutes less :)
im happy and tired

this morning i did L8D3 in 13 mins 56

however using the rings for pull ups and cheating by jumping, but im getting there slowly! one day i will achieve a pull up
