I definitely know how bad this is....I was almost too embarrassed to post these, but I really want to do this. thank you. I have another question though.....If I'm still too sore to work out after 2 days, should I take it down a level, or just work through the pain. Although I will admit that I do hurt way too much to even a attempt to work out again today. I realize how oblivious I am to this fitness thing,...

So I am new to this site. I have been working out and running for over a year, and have only lost 10 pounds!
