I'd highly recommend doing D2 untimed, because otherwise there's little to differenciate it from the other days. Also, it's a really good idea to not feel time pressure on at least one day a week, so you can focus on getting perfect form. When I do D2, I record each round's individual time. Then, w...

^^^^ That's how I do them. When I wasn't sure, I googled bodyweight squats & proper squat form. All pics & vids were essentially the same: put your arms out, keep the weight over your heels, and your back straight. I also do a few squats during my stretching/warmup and during my machines set, just s...

Good job! If you don't have a stopwatch/timer, you should be able to find one at your local Wal-Mart/K-Mart/Target. The one I've been using was $1, and I bought super cheap AAA batteries. Since the timer is a slow-drain device, my investment is worth it. I've been using the same AAA battery since I ...

So I haven't posted in a while. I've been busy, caught between work and two very fun video games: Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360) and Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3). I've still been working out 2-3x per week and writing down my results. I may have to get a small journal, as my papers I use are getting full/w...

I'm guessing you're referring to day 3s? I rest as little as possible. If I have to, I'll drop off the bar, take some deep breaths, then keep going. If I cannot muster the strength to make a full pull-up, I just use a 3:1 "jump & pull" substitute. Again, keeping rest time to a minimum. L2D2 today. R...

L2D3 13 pull/26 push/26 squats for time. Pull-ups were 4/3/3/3, subbing with "jump & pull" for the last 3. Again, chin/alternating/alternating/pull-up grips in that order. Push-ups were 10/5/5/6. Squats were consistent with good form. Total time: 5:15. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> While i...
