L7D2

Didn't track time, just focused on Form

L7D2,

On last set I did 10 pull ups and 30 push ups...

I feel like I am in no mans land, it may take me weeks go get to L8, I don't know how I am gonna shave off 90 seconds to get below 5 minutes for day 3.

L7D1, 26 rounds

I finished with 20 seconds left so bagged it...this is one round plus the 20 secs...so better than last week.

L7D3 7:39 Tried to kip, not sure I was doing it right, I got 13 ups, then 5, then 4, 4,4 then 2's and then 1's...I did shave around a minute off my time from last week. Well, I'm back from vacation. L1D3 today. I wasn't sure how well I'd do, since it had been so long, but I impressed myself. Still doing 1:1 chinups for pull-ups. I was able to do 6 chin-ups before resorting to "jump & pull" subs. Did 15 pushups in a row, then 6 for 21. 21 squats in a row relatively...

Knocked it out of the park today...

This is my 2nd week, I am leaning what intensity is about. Last week , I did 20 rounds on L7D1, today - I did 25 rounds. I was on a pace to do about 28-30 and ran out of gas on the pullups, but still.

Its amazing what you can do if you go for it!

OK, may try this...I just don't see if you hold good form - Pull up all the way up and all the way down, Push ups w/chest touching floor and a full range squat how you are to do 40 pullups/80 push ups and 80 squats in 5 minutes.

Yep, rest time is counted in D3. The reason you're seeing a lot of times around the 5 minute mark is because the Simplefit rule of thumb is to level up when we can do D3 in less than 5 minutes. It's entirely up to you what level you work at but personally I'd consider dropping down to Level 4 or 5 ...
