28 minutes and man did it feel good. Looks like tomorrow is a rest day

still at it, have been doing l1d1 and just adding an additional 5 rounds. today i did 30 rounds in 16 minutes. I want to be able to get through a full 20 minutes before moving on. Thanks Matt, hope you don't have to go through that either, not fun. So, Weds I did L1D1 and did 10 rounds in 10 minutes. Starting slowly, just trying to nurse back into this. I also did 30 knees to elbow. I played hockey last night and this morning I did the following 12,9,6 400m run, 20lb overhead...

I have had to take the last couple of days off, (Mon Tues) as I aggravated my shoulder playing hockey Sunday night. 15,12,9,6,3

200m run
burpees
DB swings - 25#
Box Jumps

so it is done this way

15 of each exercises
200m run
12 of each exercises

all the way down to the final set of 3

500 m row
50 wallballs

subbed 400m runs for rows and dumbell thrusters 25# for wallballs

time 30:55

my arms were shaking at the end of that :lol:

Took a couple of days off due to holiday and such. Got back into today by doing 'Michael'
3 rounds for time:
800 m
50 good mornings
50 situps

temp 85+ F

Good way to get back into. Also did 10 p/u, 10 pushups and 10 squats

Ok wanted to see what i was made of so i went after Cindy (l8d1)
that was the CF WOD

9 rounds in 20 minutes
that was awesome. can't wait to see what they put up tomorrow. i might stop and get an oly bar and some weights.

So the CF workout today is Cindy

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

I am scheduled to start L5D1 tonight but thinking i might hit Cindy to see how many rounds i actually do.

anyone else up for a challenge?

Actually those scales are useless. They use impulses to determine round trip calculations. So, if you drank a lot of water one day, and the next not a lot you will get 2 distinctive readings. VBM, to lose that much body fat in 1 week, you would need to start at a higher BF%. We did a grp weight loss...
