Great job!!! I hear you about the soreness though. My girlie arms and back are not used to doing pullups and pushups with such intensity. But then again, I love the pain, because then I know that I have pushed my body to its limits (and sometimes beyond). Know what I mean. anyway, great job, and let...

You know what Flutterby, as the old cliche says "What doesnt kill you, only makes you stronger" and this couldnt be more true for you. You have not let this "setback" keep you in the dumps - in fact you are using your frustration and anger in such a positive way. Good for you!!!! Put those emotions ...

That is awesome the way you listen to your body like that!!!! I wish I was more "in tune" with what my body needs. As for my food log - that is what I typically eat - but yesterday I was "carb loading" for my run today. I always feel a little bloated when I have to do that. Breakfast: 2 homemade waf...

question about the fast 5

if you fast for 19 hours - on my schedule that would have me eating "breakfast" at like 1 or 2 in the afternoon....does that sound right???? I would be absolutely starving by then! Am I missing something? and do you do your workouts on an empty stomach then?

I have a problem with "bulking" up if I do too much weight work, so I am really looking for something that will...
