Did you stick with decent form to get that time on level 5 day 3?

I would suggest that you would get the best results from the push ups as it is a great compound exercise, in my opinion better than dips and an isolated ab exercise, anyway. The program is push ups, pull ups and squats . By all means do dips as well but I think you can gain a lot from struggling thr...

There are 2 schools of thought: 1) Progress through the round and the extra work from the higher levels will eventually give you the ability to perfom non substituted work outs. 2) Stick at level 1 until you can perform Day 3 with out substitution in under 5 minutes. Not bad considering first D2 in 3 weeks although I found the last set of push up tough!

26 rounds New PR at L3

Normally I go hard at a lower level (defeating the objective of rest week lol), this time I played around alternating Pull ups and Chin ups and cycling narrow, normal and wide push ups.

5.23.6 last set I switched to chin ups just to mix it up! I don't think it effected my time.

Not done (hectic work).

21 rounds, again work schedule meant I did this late I was tired and made the later rounds tough! I aimed for 22, but I had to miss a round at 16 to get extra rest.

Great pics and an awesome goal! I like Jason Statham specially since he is a fellow Brit!

Out of interest he pretty much does paleo too, interesting since I know you frequent MDA.

Very tough push ups smoked me! Pull ups not as bad as I would have thought!!

All round I am pleased with my Level 5 results so far!!

Bit achey today, even though this is less overall reps than some of my Level 4 D1's it definitely made a difference with the extra pull up on each round.
