Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to report that when I did Day 1 of level 2 yesterday, I was able to do 5 passable pull ups! Nobody could be more surprised than me.

Howdy guys, I've been on level 2 now for three weeks, and I can perform day 3 in less than 5 minutes. BUT, that is not doing proper pullups. I can use the handles on my door gym, or do negative pullups, or Australian pullups, but "real" pullups (or chinups) I'm limited to two so far. So my question ...
