sounds awesome to me. Core is crucial. If you have a strong core, it is easier to have proper form on the other exercises.

Level 1- Day 3:1.34

had a little trouble with the pushups, so they were mostly just pulses. not feeling very well today. i think i have laryngitis. oh well, still had a great workout!

I am 19, 5'4'', and anywhere from 125lb to 135lb. usually around 130lb. I work at a gym and heard about simplefit there.
