ended up skipping L1D3 for week 5, and was on vacation last week...

Week 6
L1D1 - 26 rounds - PR (jumping chinups, all knee pushups, concentrated on deep squats)

PR - but didn't really feel like I was doing much on the "jumping chinups" at the end...

I've was doing body rows with my pullup bar - but I'm so short, I can't bring my chin all the way to the bar. I recently started back to doing jumping pullups...I feel I've gotten a bit stronger, because I can hold it for a millisecond before trying to lower slowly...I'm just wondering if the bands ...

my 8 yo son is putting me to shame - he can do 1 dead hang pullup :)

My husband and 19 yo son are doing SF with me - but we do it separately...I'm not I'm ready for an audience, other than the 8 and 4 yo -

L1D2 - 5 rounds for 4:36 (30 jumping pullups, all knee pushups, concentrated on deep squats) improved on last week's time - and felt as though I was catching a little bit of "air time" on the pullups - definite improvement, allbeit small.... I'm either going to have to skip L1D3 this week, or do it ...

how are you doing your body rows? I use a step stool with my pullup bar because I'm so short (5' 2") and don't really have anything sturdy enough as in tables. Anyway - I'm able to adjust the amount of my weight that I pull by where I place the step stool - not sure if that makes any sense...if I mo...

oh yeah - the 3 minute rest is very helpful! I don't quite use it all, but I'm sure I will in the future.

IKWYM about the leg muscle - I have a lot of leg/thigh fat - but am starting to see just a glimmer of muscle poking through :)

thanks for the advice....Neil I know what you mean about following others' improvements - it motivates me as well...

I may have to do that...leveling up with substitutions, then returning to level 1 and trying it with no subs...
