impressive BUT

Amasing watching that girl do that workout but wasent she doing the squats kinda fast.Wouldnt it be b etter to do the same amount but slower and controlled.It looked hard on her knees.

DAY 1 LEVEL 5

Wow tough workout today I moved up from level 4 to level and what a difference.I did 17 sets at level 5 as aposed to 22 sets in level 4.
Did my 10km run this evening and quads felt tired after all the squats.
Hope my legs feel better tomorrow before my 14km run.

DAY 3

Day 3 level 4, felt good today took a small break between chinups and pushups.
After workout I did my Long Slow run,16km 1:15minutes.
Definatley enjoying thsi workout

Level 4 day 2,man what a difference 1 level makes.I did the entire workout had a hard time with the pushups the last set but got it out with my wifes encouagement. well i started level 4 day 1 today. i did 22 sets and man that 1 extra pushup per set really burns at the end.felt good other then that.
ill do my 10km run tonight give myself a break in between

Level 3 day 1 did 25 sets and last week i did the same level and did 23 sets.just paced myself a little better this week,still tired at end but kept good form on pullups and didnt tuck my chin toward bar or jerk my body up. day 3 level 3= 9 minutes 42 seconds,
7 mile run at easy pace (8:20 mile)
everything felt good
When should you move up a level,this is my first week doing this program

day 2

Man was I ever sore yesterday and today from my 1st workout in level 3 on Tuesday.
I did day 2 today and It seemed easy but I was sore.Should I try top space the workouts farther apart or do them every 2nd day.
I also did 12km this morning and it was hot.

Roberts Log Day 1

First day of the program.
I did a easy 10km run(46min)
Then started at level 3 day 1
I did 23 sets and man was i tired,In the last 2 minutes I took a 10 second break near the end.
Im gonna really enjoy this program
