Week 31

L6D1: Okay, so L6 is the level where the pushups and squats started to catch up with me from a muscular endurance standpoint. Managed 18 torturous rounds.

L6D2: Missed

L6D3: 7:58. That was hard.

Week 29 Sick all week

L5D1: After a week of being sick, I tried to take it easy and managed 19 rounds. Was very tired after.

L5D2: Same deal as always here.

L5D3: 4:53. I barely made it, but I made it even after that lost week. Onto Level 6!

Thanks Slacke. I appreciate the kind words. You're killing your D1 workouts so I'm sure you'll get there. Personally, I think mixing up the Simplefit workouts with some heavy lifting has helped me progress faster than doing Simplefit by itself.

Ok, so it's been a while since I've posted anything on the board. I haven't done a full week's worth of Simplefit workouts in a while (until this week, that is) and I've decided to stop timing the Day 2 strength workout. As for Day 1, I have really struggled with it. My progress has really plateaued...

Bige, I would suggest you do your Simplefit Day 1 workout on Wednesday. Sprint on Thursday. The rest depends on your interest/motivation. Either way, you can do Simplefit Day 2 on Saturday and either tough out Day 3 on Sunday or if progressing through levels doesn't matter to you, then go ahead and ...
