was doing the work out when i got distracted by a foam roller, and then went and did some stretches/massages on the foam roller for about 30 minutes. legs feel fucking great now.

totally psyched to run tmr. the weather has FINALLY gotten better.

did a 10km run in 45 minutes at the gym due to bad weather conditions outside. my feet are killing me. i hate running in minimalist/barefoot on treadmills. i hate treadmills. breathing is so difficult and its so damn noisy. did 3x above set. before i decided to give up. will probably continue again ...
