I never got a notification of this message on the forums, so sorry I haven't chimed in sooner. The log was written over two years ago, and was designed to pull from the database based upon those that were at your level but were also the most recent to update their log, basically making sure it was F...

Interesting idea. We would have to restrict it to others who have entered data at that level within the past, say, 30 days. I'm sure by now there are tens of thousands of entries, and some people may be inactive.

You're more than welcome. I'm surprised it hasn't had anymore issues. I think I may rewrite it one of these days so it can be reintegrated into more areas of Simplefit, such as a 'best time' or leader board area, if I could squeeze it into the template (and with Kevin's permission).

I stepped down the reps and kept the break time consistent... 30-40 seconds. It really varies, day 3 is all about figuring out what works for you and using that, it's a test day for more than just time.

At 258 right now, but I've had 2 colds, bronchitis, and am now on my second round of steroids and antibiotics because I've been sick for 6 weeks, making it impossible to workout. Frustrating since I'm losing light and warmth. It's been a great summer, and with simplefit, rock climbing (indoor), and ...

Without simplefit, I'd never be where I am today

Over a year ago I discovered simplefit, I worked with kevin to build the workout log, and I took on simplefit head first. I weighed 303 pounds and couldn't hang from a pull-up bar for more than 4 seconds. I now weigh 264 pounds, can do 3 pull-ups or chin-ups in a row, and continue to lose weight. I ...

Not currently. it's a flash based chart that is completely linked to your account. It was never designed to be shared... I know I know, it should have been, but it wasn't. I'd need to use a different charting tool that drew an image rather than a flash file to make it small enough to not be a bandwi...

I usually try and do the most reps over the least amount of breaks... so instead of 15,3,3,2,2,1 do more like 12, 9, 5

Simple enough is to make chicken stir-fry, I use frozen vegetables from costco. I can't think atm or I'd suggest a few others.

If you use the workout logging tool it helps because many people just copy paste the stored info from that if their forum posts fall behind.

I tried bodyrows in a doorway, but I didn't have enough space on both sides of the door. I ended up doing bodyrows at a local park again and sticking to just pull-ups on the door gym. depends on your space.
