How to classify SimpleFit?

Hi,

I'm starting an exercise journal to record calories burnt. How would you classify SimpleFit? Would it be similar to circuit training? Or should I input individual exercises and their times, eg. Pullup's 5 mins? Its not that easy to estimate individual exercise times!

Re: Next Level?

Thanks Cheapo.

Any tips on dealing with clicking knees during squats?

Also, do you recommend kipping pullups? If so, any resources on how to do them properly? Thanks.

Next Level?

Hi,

I recently started SF and have a question about when to move up to the next level. Can you only move to next level if both Day2 and Day3 are under 5 mins? Or, is it only Day3 which determines whether you can move up to next level?

Thanks!
