ran 4 800's. Times were 2:55, 3:05, 3:08, 2:49. First time I've done non-400m intervals in a long time, was a lot harder than I was expecting.

L2 D3- 5:42. Let me just say... ouch.

ran for 35 minutes, ended up going just over 4 miles.

This is the first time I've done L2 knowing you're supposed to stop the clock and rest between sets.

so I ended up taking the rest of last week off on account of sickness.

today I did 8 400's, times were: 82, 84, 85, 88, 80, 80, 82, 76

L2 D1- 16 sets. arms were a bit tired from intervals

So I took a week off due to the weather. I think I'm going to start keeping track of my mileage here, too. Ran for 35 minutes, went just over 4.5 miles L1 D1- 21 sets. Took two days off because I was super sore.

L1 D2- took 4:44, once again struggled with the pull-ups (as expected). Ran for about 30 minutes beforehand.

First day trying this, here's how it went: Ran for 20 minutes L1 D1- made it 10 reps, took me about 5 minutes (I knew there was no way I could do pull ups for 20 minutes). Stopped because there was no way I could do more pull ups. Not sure if I'm doing the squats right as they seemed very easy. I al...
