I havent tried this one yet. I pretty much moved on into the crossfit arena. I like the exercises though. The only thing I think I would adjust personally is anything isometric. The L hangs and planks I would most likely convert to toes to bar or knees to bar as they are a crossfit standard. Nothing...

I'm probably not the most knowledgable on this subject or experienced but I can tell you what I do. Breakfast: 2 eggs 2-3 cups frozen mixed vegetables either stir fried or steamed. sometimes I mix tuna in eggs or sausage lunch: leftovers of whatever I ate the night before. Definitely.

Always, Always, Always stay tight. Never never never completely relaxed. bad habits die hard and injuries occur when the body is sloppy.

Just a point here.

On Day 3 it is meant that you complete the pullups first, pushups second, then squats.

grip still a big issue with deadlift, but I'm noticing some trepidation as the weight goes up. Not sure if I'm scared of getting hurt or just downright failing.

clean and press 3 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes then

10 min amrap

situps odd minute
45 lbs press even minute

tried to keep count of lowest rep for the last portion but it was so difficult I was just struggling to finish.
