Made day 3 in level 1 and had big problems with the pull ups. 1.5 minutes for these 10 (strict) Pull ups :shock: . Push ups are no problem and squats are very easy (may be because i do slow jogging since about a year).
So my goal will be to improve pull ups.

As I understand: It is important to eat the same amount of food when doing IF as you would eat the usual way. So normally breakfast would be in the morning, lunch at 12 and dinner in the evening.
