Warmup: ROM arm exercises. L1D2. 5 rounds for time 2 pull-ups (sub) 6 push-ups (girl style) 10 squats I did it in 6:29. Fascinating post, thanks for sharing.

The issues of amounts is also key. If all the average person ever ate in a meal of a feed-lot cow was three ounces of their meat, the issue of its fat profile vs. a wild animal would be mostly irrelevant. However, we all know that's not the case.
