Just when I'm starting to get back into the groove... bursitis in my knee!! I'll be out for at least a week probably longer. Pretty sure this is unrelated to simplefit... I banged up my knee a few weeks ago and must have done some damage to the ligament... I think all the squats just aggravated it. ...

L5D1 - paced to 1 round per minute... so... drumroll... 20 rounds

Feeling a bit worn out this week so I didn't think it was wise to push too hard. Still a great workout.

instead of L5D2...

5 rounds (3 min between rounds)
5 deadhang pullups
5R/5L db push press
10 goblet squat

push press and squats were done with a 45lb db.

same as last week, PR is 25 rounds.

Sleep and diet have been less than optimal the past few weeks so I'm gonna have to work on that.
