Ding, level up. Still can't do a for real pullup. When I first did this, It took several weeks, and I was in Level 2 before I could an honest pullup.

W2L1D2 (rubber band assisted pullupsx3, girl pushups)

1:2, 1:06, 1:09, 1:06, 1:12, sum of 5:37, total time including 3 minute rests was 17:52 (I lost 13 seconds due to not paying attention). Last week took me 8:37, so that's an improvement.

19 reps. That is one more than last week's 18 reps. Also, I was drenched with perspiration at the end, I don't think I was last time.

Subbed x3 jump and hangs. Rubber band dealie was too much trouble for a timed situation.

I got the over-the-door pullup bar put together and installed, as well as the rubber band dealie that's supposed to assist with pullups until I can do them on my own.

I'm too worn out to work out though.

Okay, so Thread Necromancy Time. I started Simplefit in June 2007 before my last year of law school. I also started running on the Couch To 5 K program. I was only on Level 2, but I graduated from body rows to dead hang sho-nuff fer real pullups. My belly was down to 40 inches. I weighed 198 pounds....
