5:05 I'm close to getting sub 5:00. I'm going to try and warm up more. It always seems that my last 3 times are my best and the first two are the longest.

Been busy and missed a couple days. I finished at L4 D3 ---6:09 even though I started off at level 5. I think I'll start mixing in some cardio on my days off.

Whoops L2 D1 36 rounds Started Level 5 today D1 L5 21 rounds. Felt like I ran out of steam towards the end (especially with the pull ups). I did the workout on an empty stomach at 9:30 and had breakfast afterwards. I think I'll eat something first next time and see what happens. I'm trailing behind ...

dropped over a min. from last week. I've been warming up for about 10 min. and stretching before the workout and it's been working a lot better.

Rings

Hey Andy, I did something similar but was able to make actual rings that I read about on Crossfit. If you take an 20-24" piece of 3/4" PVC and fill it with sand and cover the ends with duct tape. Then put it in the oven on a cookie sheet with foil at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes. Pull out the PV...

Level 4 Week 3

L4 D1 30 Rounds up from 26 last week. I don't think I'll top this anytime soon. I did 7 rounds and would rest 30 seconds. The last 9 rounds where untill my timer went off. We'll see how the rest of the week goes and maybe I'll move to level 5.

D2 L4 5:23 A definite increase in time compared to level 3


D3 L4 6:14 Same as above.

I'll definitely stay at level 4 for another week or two.
