Oh okay, well the thing is, I heard that squats stun your growth if you're not older than 18. Or is it that if it's done right, it won't stun your growth?

Oh that's right, I remember that now. My mistake. I'm gonna try a workout where I do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, and 20 curls.

Rear Deltoids

I've been doing shoulders or deltoids for awhile now, but I noticed that my rear deltoids aren't worked out as much. Can anyone recommend some primary rear deltoid workouts? Thank you.

If you have a budget, I'd recommend getting the bars that attached at your door. It's only around 15 dollars.

Oh I see. Right now, I'm being carb conscious. I try not to eat rice, bread, noodles, etc. I'll try to do all types of ab work outs and hope that the upper two just comes along with it. :D Thanks.

I see. So cardio workouts are the ones that'll help me lose my lower body fat. Is there any specific workouts that target the upper abs?

8 Pack Abs (Upper Two)

After watching the movie 300, I've been given the hunger to achieve the upper two. I tried googling how to get an 8 pack but all I see are 6 packs. So my question is, do you have any idea on any workouts that primarily works on the top 2 to gain those 8 packs? Thanks.
