Just started Level 4, Day 1. Completed 20 rounds. Would like to tone arms more, so adding a 5 minute round of curls (4 sets, 10 reps) twice a week after the simplefit routine. Current: Male (don't plan to change this either) Age: 30 Weight: 163 lbs Height: 5'11" Goal: 170lbs of good weight Background: Lifted weights and did martial arts in early to mid 20s.
