Re: What is your argument for simplefit

It's simple, effective, and motivating. It's awesome to log progress and see how you improve and level up over time.

Stuck on L4

I am now 8 weeks on L4. It seems that I gain some muscles (L4D3 times are decreasing), but on L4D1 it seems that I improve only very slowly. Over the weeks I did 20, 23, 22, 24, 25, 27, 24, 28 rounds on L4D1. So I think my endurance does not increase, or only increases very slowly. Any ideas what I ...

Re: Get lean...

Most important aspect when you want to lose weight is the diet. Paleo is great, I do paleo / keto myself. To help burn fat and gain muscles, the best thing is to wait about 45-60 minutes before eating (you can drink water), then get some protein. This way you give your body time to replace the glyco...

Re: How long will it take until I can notice results?

I've been doing simplefit for about 5 months now, and track some statistics. According to these statistics, on average I increase my strength by 10% each week. This is true even after 5 months - although I have recently switched to doing the exercises with a 10kg weight west. So you will not see dram...

simplefit + weights

Hi! I am in Level 5 now, which is quite awesome to me. I would like to build some more muscles, so I was thinking about putting 10kg (22lbs) into a backpack and carry this while doing all the exercises, at Level 1. Right now I weigh 70kg (154lbs), and did L5D3 in 8 1/2 minutes. What do you think, is...

Re: One arm stronger than the other

I had the same problem, and my left arm is catching up nicely. I believe since pull ups are just harder for the weaker arm, this fixes itself naturally.

Re: google docs template to log your training data

Maybe this helps: Instead of clicking the "Use Template" Button directly from here: "httpx://docs.google.com/templates". Try going into google docs and creating a document with "Create New" then choose "From Template". This fixed the error for me in Chrome and Firefox4. from http://www.google.com/su...

google docs template to log your training data

Hi all, I have created a google docs spreadsheet template to log my workouts, and made a template from it so others could use it too. You can find it here: https://docs.google.com/templates?q=simplefit About its usage: Each of the blue line at the bottom represents one week. As the week starts you e...

Day 2 / 3: how fast to do the squats?

Hi all! I am in my first week of training, and have just finished L1, Day 2 for the first time. I have tried to do all rounds as fast as possible, but doing fast squats just feels strange to me. I have done the squats so fast that I was practicaly jumping. Is that really how it should be done? thank...
