Thanks for the encouragment. I just need to find the discipline to do it. I got a good start but the weekends got me I guess. I've been fascinated with fasting for years. The benefits of it are very appealing to me because I'm not getting any younger but I want to. I've also gained a good bit of wei...

Okay, okay......I haven't posted on here in awhile and it's because I have fallen off the Fast-5 wagon. No excuses, no explanations....it just happened. At any rate, I have a renewed motivation to try it again. I think I eat out of boredom and things are going to pick up again at work and I'll simpl...

That's exactly what happened to me! I lost 10 pounds QUICK but gradually gained some back. I haven't really been working out much due to some shoulder and neck problems. I think once I kick in the wroking out, I'll see some changes. Right now though my waist seems to be about the same and I'm on wee...

Sorry haven't been on in awhile. Been real busy with work, school and home. I'm not doing as well as I wanted to be on Fast-5. I've lost a few pounds but my weight is up and down. I've had some slip ups during the day too. I might eat a handful of nuts here and there at work. I definitely feel bette...

Started my 2nd week on Fast-5. Doing pretty good so far. Had acouple of slipups this weekend but I'm pretty much back on track now. I find it easy when I'm at work because I stay busy. The tough times are at home, like this weekend. I'm a little surprised at how hungry I'm actually NOT. Lost about 5...

I agree with you, I don't know how much difference it makes. The thing that drew my attention was the 5-10 pm. I don't have time during the day to eat and I typically don't get home from work until 5 or 6 pm. So, from 5-10 pm is a perfect fit for me. I have always liked to snack in the evenings , bu...

He recommends a 5 hour feeding window. Basically eating from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. I'm starting today. I don't have alot of time for breakfast or lunch most of the time, and it's virtually impossible for me to eat around 3:00 PM, I wind up just wolfing it down when I do try to eat then, so I think...

My goal is to lose about 30lbs and try to get out of the habit of eating so much and being dependent on feeding times. The reason I asked is that elsewhere on the forum it was said to make sure you make up for the calories or the amount of food you missed while doing IF.

I think what he's asking is the same question I have. According to your homepage, it says to eat only between 12 noon to 6 pm. But, if you scroll down further, the sample menu lists breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has ben instilled in us to eat three meals a day like you listed, but the question is,...
