D2. 10:44. Didn't try to go fast at all here. Very slow and controlled repetitions.
D3. 9:48. Felt lousy and on meds for stuff but I HATE missing a workout. Hopefully this leaves the door open for some serious improvement.

I think you will find that a five minute workout, if done at maximal effort, is highly effective. It seems counterintuitive at first and flies in the face of traditional training regimen. Just keep at it with the right intensity and you'll see good thing happen.

D2. 11:18 second with two minute breaks. I did bridges during the breaks.
D3. 3:38. Leveling up and down to 188.6 lbs. I have lost three lbs since the 11th when I started back up.

Experienced tendinitis in my left elbow so I took December off to heal. Better safe than sorry as I have a tendency to just push through injury.

Jk, what I meant by the limit on the rep is setting a defined time frame for each round. I know it isn't clear the way I wrote it. If I hope to complete 25 rounds on day one, I give myself 48 seconds for each round. That keeps me on track. Sorry.

Still level 6 D1. 26 rounds. This was tough, setting a limit on each rep kept me on track for sure. Left to my own devices I would have put up a lower number. D2. 15:18. My understanding is that day 2 is a strength day. The time it takes to complete is simply however long it takes you to complete each round.
