I recommend keeping a log even if its just for you. Every time you put something in your mouth write it down. You'll be amazed how much more aware of your nutrition you become.

Plan of Attack

Is there anything I need to look out for if I want to get in shape like it's my job? ie. I have no work or school until Sept, whats a good plan of attack if I want to dedicate the next month to getting in shape?

Lets summarize my crappy relapse for those at home: Breakfast: none Lunch: salad buffet Dinner: Various fast food crap; appletizer samplers from tgif, buffalo wild wings and bennegans; multiple hotdogs (quick and easy! :? ); pizza; cheeze baked pasta; chicken wings; etc. At any rate, diving back in....

Holy crap. So back at the end of April 3 things happen which pretty much ruined my progress. 1) I got a new job 2 hours away. 2) Summer classes started. 3) I moved with 1 day notice. This all happened in the same week. After moving I pretty much ate out all the time because I was on the train 5 hour...

I've been slacking. It got cold here and my dance dance revolution pad is busted. I ordered a couple new ones so I have a spare, but yea snow in April, Easter feast and broken DDR pad are making for a very slow week.

True that. Monday and Tuesday this week I was soooo hungry, but i knew it was from all the carbs I had at Easter. Today wasn't bad at all and I bet tomorrow I won't even notice a difference.

Lunch: 4 tbsp all natural peanutbutter on celery
Dinner: lettuce, cucumber, mushroom, tomato(e?), green pepper, onion, chicken salad (2 tbsp ranch dressing, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce)

Wow thanks. For the most part thats what I've been eating, I just haven't been vigilant on IF timing and weights. I grabbed a kitchen scale a few days ago so I'm going to buckle down on serving sizes as well.

So I'm finishing L3 stuff pretty fast, but I still can't do pullups (which I guess means I'm not finishing them at all). ie. I'm damn strong but still really fat. Help me please oh wise ones. I dont want to drop to a lower level cause its too easy for pushups and squats, but I can't do a damn true p...
