Thanks guys. Working out during Ramadan is impossible for me, I'm just too tired. Fasting was from 4:30am until 8:30pm. By the time I settled for the evening and ate it was 9:30. I'm back! One and a half months of work stress, going from 7am till 10pm followed by a month of fasting during Ramadan then topped of with 10 days in Disney, Fl (OK, no complaints about the last bit even if I did put on a few pounds) have meant no exercise.
