I never completed week 7 and through work and other obligation blah...blah...blah, I slipped off the wagon. I am back now and here are my latest results:

Level 5:

Wed. Day 1: 22 rounds chin/alt/pull split
Fri. Day 2: 7:36 chin/alt/pull split
Mon. Day 3: 5:05

KTG, you are the man!!!!! doing all strict pullups is amazing. I have been mixing grips, but if I did all pullups, I would still be at level 3.

pullup machines are great. I used them before starting simplefit to help with pullups. My gym doesn't have any pullup bars either. I just use a smith machine and put the bar all the way to the top for actual bodyweight pullups now. That might not work if your tall though

I hope so, but the rounds are getting tougher. Although, I have no idea how to kip and from reading journals that will be required to move up levels.

Good to hear you are ok. I had appendicitis when I was 10 and still remember the pain. Rest up and we'll see ya when you get back from healing up.
