L1D1: 12 reps

Substituted pull-ups with 1-leg assisted pull ups x3.
It's still hard, but not as hard as working out in the morning for me.
I just keep telling myself "be patient".

Still on saddle. L1D3: 6:25 (3min rest between sets, total 21 mins) L1D3: 6:10 Almost all pull-ups has to be substituted by Aussie pull-ups, aka body rows, or 1 legged assisted. Might have made a small mistake. Thought subs had to be 2x of the prescribed amount. Turns out it was 3x. Fixed it on day ...

D1L1: 19 rounds

Pull-ups are horrible. Had to substitute with Aussie pull-ups around round 8.

Squats 7,7,7

Pullups got really hard early on, so broke it down into smaller sets with more rest.
Thought I was doing better, but hey... at least I am doing! :)

Skipped D1 this week, really need to plan better and stay disciplined.

Chinups where 2+2+1
These took up most of the time.
Noticed small improvements in pullups.

Split pushups 7+7+7
Split squats 7+7+7

Let's see how another week at L1 does! :)

Alternate pullups and chinups.
Pullups make chinups feel soooo much easier.

KTG, thanks again for your inputs! I am looking around the board for more Cheapo advice (reverse pun intended). I like the idea of CC, but I can barely keep-up with SimpleFit. D3L1 4:15 Skipped Friday cuz I had plans with the gf but made up for it today. Pullups split in 5+3+2. Last 3 were only about 3/4 done. A bit bummed about that. At least the 5 set was really solid. Still feeling tired, but went for it anyway.
Did 3 sets quickly (2min) but rest took a little longer than expected.
Happy with the results, even if it's a longer time.
