Well, here I am, almost ten days later and not totaly recovered. I have some pain in my left shoulder and it hurts when I do push-ups.

I think I'm going to restart simplefit easy, with substitutions for the push-ups.

Maybe tomorrow. I don't know.

100 pull-ups a day? Wow! I agree, even without trying, it was insane.
Maybe I'm having my rest a little early but I'm afraid as hell of getting injured so I try not to force my progress in any way.

Thank you. The last d3s were fairly easy but this time it was really hard. Now I'm taking a 5 days break because I can feel I need to rest. I'll be back next monday for a new attempt on level 4.

Pull-ups 8+6+4+2 + Push-ups: 20+12+9 + Squats: 41

Thas was harder than day 2. The last push-ups were the worst part. A lot of shaking and almost reaching failure. But it was good.

I'm using this Android app called Impetus https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... etus&hl=en
I use it for warming-up, stretching and for timing day 1.
It hangs from time to time but when it works it's just fine.

Pull-ups: 8+5+3 Push-ups: 20+9+4 Squats: 33.
Hard, hard, hard.
After some rest I've added 5+5+4 chin-ups with 1 minute rest. My intention was 3x5 but I've failed the last one.

I'm going up a level anyway, yeah \o/

Day 14 (L3D2): 3:45 (2 minutes rest) + 5x5 chin-ups (1 minute rest)

It wasn't easy but it felt like too little work so I added this 5x5 chin-ups. With this addition total workout time was about 20 minutes.

Satisfied with this little improvement. It's the same I did on my second try for level 1. Hope to pass to level 4 next week. We'll see.

I find chin-ups a lot easier than neutral grip pull-ups. But that must have something to do with my bar because it has a wide grip for neutrals and when I do chin-ups I have a narrower one. In the same way if I do pull-ups the grip is the widest one. Anyway, I'm doing neutral grip because I've read ...

Maybe I could do it twice but this time I've just added 3 series of 5 chin-ups.

One more week on L3 then.
