After one week break...
D1L5: 20 rounds, with 8kg weightvest.
2nd attempt.
Upon completion, sweat totally soak my shirt. Last final pullup rep is a failure one.
No improvement from last attempt.

Pushups: 20/15/6
Squats: 41
Time taken: 9:50.
Increasing weight and level at the same time really takes its tow.
Will be on vacation for 1 week. Hopefully this rest will help recover for the upcoming attempt.

Round4: 1:37. Tiredness builds up.
Round5: 1:45. Having some hard time with pushups. Probably too much handstand practices.
Not running. Feeling very tired... finally for D2.

D1L5: 20 rounds, with 8kg weightvest. Ok... Changed my mind slightly (partly thanks to KTG). Attempted level 5, with a slight increase in weightvest. Felt weak in my pullups. Probably due to last night's pullups RM "test", which have a slight improvement after one month of SimpleFit, from 18RM to 19...

D3L4, 2nd attempt: with 7kg weightvest.
Pullups: 10(~0:30 rest)/8(~0:20 rest)/2 (easy last 2 rep)
Pushups: 41 (no rest)
Squats: 41
Time taken: 4:57. Barely made it. Gonna stick with L4, but going to increase weight for weightvest.
Slow jog: 1.7km, 9:06.

Didn't sweat much judging from wetness of the floor, probably today's weather is cool.

Time taken: 5:38. Gonna stick with L4.

Convict conditioning on "rest" day:
Flat Knee Raises: 35/35/35 reps.
Straight bridging: 20/20 reps. Not very smooth movement/form. Some strain at the shoulders area.
Headstand without wall support: 60 secs, rest about 2mins, 90secs.
Slow jog: 1.7km, 8:27! Probably today is holiday :P

Thanks again KTG, onwards to level 4! D1L4: 25 rounds, with 7kg backpack. With backpack weight is not really a good idea. Backpack zipper open up involuntarily halfway thru the workout.
