L5 D1 - 20 rounds. One less than last time. Felt like I should've gone a bit harder in the first 5 minutes or so. Pushed hard at the end.

L5 D3 - 7:02. Getting better.

Splits - Pulls (5-4-4-3-3-2-2-2-1) - 26; Pushes (21-12-10-9); Squats straight set.

As I understand you do not include breaks in day 2's timing. KTG?

Hey KTG - I took pretty decent breaks, between 2-4 minutes (I was trying to get some chores done as it was late at night ha). Is that ok?

L5 D3 - 8:20. Thanks to KTG for telling me how to complete this day. Was tough.

Lots of rest during the pulls - about 4:45 just for them in a 6-5-4-4-3-4 patter. Pushups I got 21-14-5-5-6. 8:20 total. Back to L5 D1.

Work and life been in the way, need to get more workouts in.

L5 D3 - I stopped at 5 min instead of completing all. Oops. Did 23 pullups, 43 pushups, 51 squats.

I mixed them up, prefer that rather than wasting time on waiting for my lats and bis too cool down and doing nothing.

L4 D3 - 4:22. Rough! Definitely going to be stuck on L5 for a while. Maybe I should just go through this again, in fact that's what I'm going to do.
