L2D1 21circuits... right shoulder really painful on pushups so had to go to kneeling :( and I've put on 6lbs over the last 2 weeks through bad diet. all in all not good

yeah!...but I doubt I'll only spend a week on lvl2 like you did, that was some quick progress

gonna stick with neutrals then for now...they seem more "stronger" "solid" somehow.

thx KTG...this community is sound and its really encouraging...

Wk 2 Lv1D1 28 +11 from last week (parallel grip pulls)

I'm in no condition to compare but are chins easier than parallel grip pullups (palms facing) or the other way round? (I know pullups are the hardest)

Thanks maddog, your logs are inspirational. D3 when I get back from work....actually looking forward to it!

Edit:
L1D3: 5.09...so near!...pushups are the problem but i'm quite pleased really, was expecting a lot more. Next week will be re-doing Lv1 but with alternate chins/pulls.

Male, 48, fat 26%bf, 190lbs, 5'11"....no exercise for years...oh dear!

Lvl 1 Day 1: 17circuits

last 5 mins was a killer haha

Wk1 Lvl1 results: 17 / 4'12 / 5'09. (all chins)
Wk2 Lvl1 results: 28/ 3'46/ 4'16. (all neutral grip pulls)
Wk3 Lvl2 results: 21/
