Severe muscle strain in upper back/neck area. I think I'll be out of commission for 6 -8 weeks.
Bummer.
p.s. Not due to simplefit, but from getting extremely tense in the dentist's chair.

Just to clarify D2L3 of 5:18 (1 min rest between rounds) means total time taken was 9:18. After subtracting 4 min for the rests I get 5:18.

05/31/2012 - D1L3 - 21 rounds (after a relatively long and tiring break, 30 rounds seems a loooong way away)
06/04/2012 - D2L3 - 4:56 (2 min rest between rounds)
06/06/2012 - D3L3 - 5:43 Pull ups and push ups done in sets.
Will continue with L3 next round.

Week 3 05/21/2012 - D1L2 - 34 rounds (Big improvement and better recovery time) 05/24/2012 - D2L2 -4:22 (2 min rest between rounds) 05/26/2012 - will be on a short vacation.
