On the plus side, I have been getting plenty of sleep. No problem with that goal right now. On the sub-optimal side, I've been sick with a bug for over a week. I did just go to Pilates today. I'll start back on the body weight exercises tomorrow. I can be resilient that way.

I'm 5'4, 175 lbs. (on an almost exclusively vegetarian diet) I've been hiking 3 to 4 miles 2x per week for the past year. Dog walks in the neighborhood daily. Thanks for the kind words of welcome and encouragement. I do look forward to that day of a real pull-up. My chief aims: avoiding injury and practicing optimal form. So L1 is still best for me in this next week, Week 3.
