Had to go on hiatus again... just moved =(

So haven't made any progress w/ the new workout yet. KTG thanks for the site i'll check it out for the variations!

Started up again at level 5 by mistake =(... did a measly 11 reps. I'm gonna start over on 4 as posted above again.

Thx pilgrim! Glad to see you're still at it and kicking ass! So after my absence I dropped down a level... obviously I regressed :/ I'll stay on L4 till i pick up the progress. Did this about a week ago and have not posted. Generally speaking, i've massively slowed down the frequency of my workouts as of late (general life business and hurricane).

Moving on to L5... hoping to pick up the consistency again.

still not strictly timing D2 exercises... focusing on form and making the different exercises harder. Overall I'm making improvements on L4D3 but still not quite there yet.

I agree w/ everything bri has stated above... Goals are most important. If you are in it to simply "look good" and you do NOT turn into a fitness/weightlifting gym rat in the LONG TERM, chances are that as life gets busier/difficult/complicated, you will lose that six pack anyways.
