23-Dec-07 - L8D1 - 12 rounds pushups are the sticking point now that I can kip properly after 14 weeks of crossfit + eating about 50-60% of my meals strict zone, and have greatly reduced high-glycemic carb & processed food intake. pretty amazing results so far for me, but still a ways to go - my goa...

20-Nov-07 - L6D1 - 21 Rounds (no subs)

Week 9 of crossfitting; still seeing good progression. Weak point in this workout is now the pushups. Never thought that would happen!

17-Sep - L3D2(ish) - 7min(ish) Forgot my watch and forgot to check what the # reps were for D2 before heading out...you'd think after 2 months of this I'd remember. 15-Sep-07 - L3D1 - 25 rounds

one less than last time...but pullups were on a square soccer net frame thingy which made the grip a bit tough I guess.

12-Sep - L3D3 - 5:47 getting faster...but ended up taking a few days off in a row; more difficult to stick to the workout while travelling than I thought.
