What happened to the app?? Looked good,

Loaded it a few weeks ago, used it once.

Welcome to Simplefit.
I agree that Day one is cardio.
Going top speed for twenty minutes gets the heart pumping.
Make sure you put rest days between work outs.
It is even more important with the additional 15 - 20 minutes of free weights.

Will stop posting as I am going downhill. Could be a repeat of Feb. Were I was able to recover over a couple of months. Right now I can only do t wo or three pull ups before I am bushed. See my neurologist next week. May get some help. Usually steroids will reduce any swelling, but I have not notice...

I don't think which program is as important choosing one that you will do. Simple Fit works for me because I can do it at home and it is not complicated. I used Stronglifts and liked it until I had some problems with my MS effecting me doing Overhead press. Almost dropped a Loaded barbell on my head...
