Back after being gone for some time; had a bad cold, new addition to family, etc...I know excuses. Re-committed. Also will probably start the food log again since it helped to see what I was eating.

Started back with D1L4 (2/4/6) = 30 rds

Still not feeling well but was able to do L6D1= 21 rds; a few rds lower then what I have been doing, but not too bad for feeling the way I do.

Walk w/ 30# pack X 20 min; every 2 lap carried additional 25# dropped it off climb 24' ladder w/pack.
