I seem to be back with it, I am up to 5 days of exercise everyday. Did L5D1 tonight for 20 rounds. It was pretty tough, but I did it. I am now onto week 9 of simplefit. I looked back through the log, and my first workout was only 15 rounds at L1D1 only 8 weeks ago. Now in the same time it originally...

Ok, getting back on track again. I have completed another week.

L4D3 4:34. About 45 seconds faster than previous best time. I worked hard for that time tonight, and managed to bust it out. I also made a new personal best for pullups, with 12 in one set. I am going for level 5 now.

You are right, it is hard getting a restart. I missed a week. Finally got going again on Wednesday L4D1 for 25 rounds. Tonight, I took the dog for a run(she runs, I bike), and I did L4D2. I did 13 mins and 55 sec. I took it slowly, and I varied the pullups by changing grips, speeds, and added a few ...

Yes, I am enjoying it as much as the wife is. Had a bit of a setback. Went out of town for a few days, and the workouts slipped a bit. Only did a little bit of biking, and some body surfing. Ok, I will be vigilant for the joint pain. If I start to feel some pain, is it already too late? Can I react quickly and not disrupt my routine?

When I did D3 for level 4 I forgot to start the timer. I decided to stay on level 4 for at least one more week anyhow.

is this a good idea for D3? Do Pull-ups to failure. For example on level 4, I can do 10 of the 20 pullups in one go, then I have to rest. At that point can I do some pushups, then fill in the remaining pullups? So basically, do pullups to failure, then pushups to failure, then more pullups to failur...

Already seeing nice results. Personal best tonight for pullups in 20 min, 50 still doing something every day, usually light cardio on simplefit off days. took it easy last week, for rest week(hated slowing down).
