I competed in a Warrior Dash this last weekend, and it was a lot of fun. I can say that none of the obstacles in that race should be a challenge for anybody who has been doing SF on a regular basis. @ KTG I think that would probably work. In the higher levels the gaps between levels arent so big, so you could probably skip one if you tried hard enough. On the other hand, I think that the endurance would continue to improve, but you would be sacrificing some strength that comes with the increase...

Level 6, Day 1
27 rounds

+2 rounds over last week. Felt pretty good, I tried to avoid any lengthy breaks and just keep moving. All my pull-ups were clean, it all went pretty smoothly. I'm glad to hit 27 because it ties my best from level 5. Feeling good.
